Refund policy

Returns
No refunds but we do offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase or store credit to use on future purchases. Items must be in new condition and unworn with tags still on. We reserve the right to deny any return item due to excessive wear. 

Sale items  

All sale items are final sale, no exceptions.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange it for the same item or equal value keep in mind we might or might not have the item in stock due the limited quantity we carry, please send us an email at Speakdelicate@yahoo.com and send your item to: Speak Delicate LLC.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Speak Delicate LLC

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
